About Olivia

Nine years on the same street, and still waving at the same neighbors.

We moved to South Four Corners in 2017 and never looked back. Since then we've bought a house, had a son, learned every shortcut around the Beltway, and figured out which neighbors keep the good Halloween candy. This is home, and it's the reason I do what I do.

I sell homes here because I love living here. That's the whole pitch.

I've been a Realtor since 2014, and I'm part of The Scott Team at Samson Properties, a family team that's been helping people move around Montgomery County for years. I'm licensed in Maryland and Virginia, which matters more than you'd think when a move crosses the river.

Community

Porch Fest, pumpkins, and showing up.

Every fall, South Four Corners Porch Fest turns six front porches into stages and the whole neighborhood comes out. For the past three years I've sponsored the kids' side of it: Italian ice, a pumpkin giveaway, and free face painting. It's my favorite Saturday of the year and my small way of giving back to a community that's given our family so much.
